SERVICES

(minimum of 2 hour cleaning required)

Servicing homes, apartments and condos. We know it’s important to you to have a clean, comfortable and healthy home. However cleaning an entire home can be time consuming. Let us take on that task so you can get back to enjoying your life, family and friends. We offer a variety of cleaning services.

  • ONE TIME CLEANING- typical used for special occasions, holidays or move outs 

  • RECURRING CLEANING - any service can be added as a recurring service. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly

  • GENERAL CLEANING- everything listed in (all areas) below 

  • DEEP CLEANING- is a general clean PLUS hand wipe (wet) ALL wood work( doors, blinds/shutters , cabinets , baseboards, switch plates, ceiling fans) and cleaning inside and outside of oven 

  • MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING- (usually empty homes): is a deep clean PLUS inside and outside of cabinets , draws, closets, closet shelves , pantry and pantry shelves. Also we clean the inside and outside of refrigerator ( if refrigerator and freezer are empty) 

  • PRIORITY CLEANING- for customers who have more time on there hands to clean but need a little help tackling certain areas. This option gives you the choice to customizes your own cleaning (minimum of 2 hour cleaning required) Cleaning inside of oven, refrigerator and freezer can be added to a priority cleaning as well  

  • LAUNDRY SERVICES can be added,  please note that you must provide detergent, softener, dryer sheets, bleach , hangers etc, the tech will wash, dry and fold / hang clothing per your laundry preferences.

All extra services added to packages will be an additional fee. 

 

We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. If there are  any special equipment and supplies you want used please have them out when we arrive. Also if there are any items or rooms you don’t want us to clean please let us know before we arrive.

WHAT we clean

KITCHEN

  • Clean and polish all appliances 

  • Clean inside and outside of microwave 

  • Clean outside of refrigerator 

  • Clean outside of dish washer 

  • Clean outside of oven (inside cleaned upon request and on deep and move in/ out cleans) 

  • Clean range top(stove) and hood

  • Dust outside of cabinet fronts and drawers

  • Clean counter tops

  • Clean sink and polish hardware

  • Clean bar stools

  • Clean and polish dinette table and chairs 

  • Dust light fixtures, blinds/shutters and baseboards  

  • Vacuum and mop floors

ALL AREAS

  • Cobwebs are removed 

  • Ceiling fans are dusted 

  • Air vents are dusted 

  • Light fixtures are dusted 

  • Blinds are dusted

  • Shutter are dusted

  • Window frames and sills are dusted

  • Door, door frames and panels are dusted

  • Baseboards are dusted 

  • Pictures and wall hanging are dusted

  • Furniture and shelves are dusted 

please note in shelves: we do not remove books or CDS or Videos to clean under these items, we will only clean around them.

   •   Lamp and lame shades are dusted

  • All items on dressers, shelves , and desk are picked up hand wiped/ dusted and place back in its original spot.

  • Light switch plates are spot cleaned

  • We will collect trash in every room and put it in the dumpster outside or in the garage.

  • Glass doors are cleaned in/out (weather permitting) 

  • All electronics are dusted with a dry microfiber cloth (no cleaning solutions)

  • Beds are made(linens are changed upon request)  please make sure you have clean linens ready on top of the bed you want us to make and we will put duty linens on top of your laundry machines.

  • Pick Up & Straighten: We will pick up and straighten items such as pillows , blankets, toys and clothes in all rooms.

  • Upholstered furniture can be vacuumed upon request( please note that if you have pet hair on furniture some hair may not be able to be removed)

  • Area rugs are vacuumed or shaken out 

  • Stairs are vacuumed (if hardwood vacuumed and mopped)

  • All carpet is vacuumed 

  • Hard floors are vacuumed and mopped ​

All areas are cleaned from top to bottom (using high tools and a two-step ladder) please note that anything that can not be reached using the high tools and two step ladder will not it be cleaned. 

BATHROOM

  • Light fixtures and light bulbs are dusted 

  • Mirrors are clean

  • Sink is cleaned and dried

  • All hardware are cleaned and polished

  • Vanities are cleaned and dried

  • All items on vanity are picked up, dusted and placed back in its original spot 

  • Any cosmetics / products left on vanity or in shower / tub will be hand wiped and turned with label facing forward 

  • All towels are neatly folded and hung up 

  • All cabinets are spot cleaned (outside) 

  • Light switches are spot cleaned 

  • Toilets are cleaned , sanitized and dried (inside and outside)

  • Tissue roll is folded to a point 

  • Shower , shower door, and tubs are cleaned and dried 

  • All rugs are removed and vacuumed or shuck out before mopping 

  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped
