Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes you will have to sign a contract. If you decide to sign up for service, a contract for terms and conditions will be sent to you to sign. You can cancel service at anytime.
How much is a cleaning?

All cleaning prices are based on the condition of your home, the square footage, how often you want your home cleaned, and the type of cleaning you prefer. Base price is $60-$65 an hour plus tax.
What are my payment options?

All payments are paid via invoice with the card or account on file.
When are payments due?

All Payments are due the day of cleaning, any late paid invoices will be charged a $10.00 late fee.
What happens if I need to reschedule?

We require that you call at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning to reschedule or skip a clean to avoid any fees, if you reschedule or skip a cleaning 24 hours before your scheduled date you will be charged a $35 fee. If you reschedule service, the same day of your scheduled cleaning then you will be charged 50% of your cleaning rate.
How many people will be cleaning my home?

Only one person will be cleaning your home unless its a deep clean, which require two or more people.
Do I need to be home to get my house cleaned?

No, you are not required to be home to get your home cleaned however we must have a way to enter your home. Please call and make arrangements for your choice of point of entry before the tech arrives.
Is cleaning products provided?

Yes, all cleaning products and equipment are provided. However if you have certain products and equipment you want us to use we will.
Are your employees background checked?

Yes, ALL employees must PASS a intensive background check prior to hiring.
